That the Deced came to the Hand & Colyflour and called<lb></lb>
for a penny worth of Beer which he drank, about Nine<lb></lb>

Says Sheet when he was crossing a Person was driving a<lb></lb>

, Says that the Deced<lb></lb>
was just before the Horses drawing the Coach going from<lb></lb>
Ranelagh, and that the Poll of that Coach (which was<lb></lb>
Drawn by two Horses) struck the Deced upon his<lb></lb>
Breast and the Deced was there by forced down with<lb></lb>
his Head against a Wooden Rail there Depont. says<lb></lb>
that he went directly to the Deced and found him<lb></lb>
Speech less and motionless, an says that the Deced<lb></lb>
died in about three Minutes, Dept, says that the Deced<lb></lb>
seemed to be very well when he went from the Hand<lb></lb>
and Colly flower, and verily believes that his Death<lb></lb>
was occasioned by the Stroke which the Deced reced<lb></lb>
from the Pole of the Hackney Coach, But Dept. says<lb></lb>
he cannot be certain whether the Man that drove<lb></lb>
the Hackney Coach could see the Deced crossing the<lb></lb>
Road as the other Coach was at that time coming<lb></lb>
towards him, and very near him, and says that the Road<lb></lb>
was then very dusty. Says that he does not Know who<lb></lb>
