Chosen who being then and there duly Sworn and Charged to inquire for our said Lord the<lb></lb>
King when how and by what Means the said James Longmire came to his Death do<lb></lb>
upon their Oath say, That the said James Longmire on the Eighth day of May in the<lb></lb>
Year aforesaid, going into a certain River called the Serpentine River in <rs type="placeName" id="WACWIC65204_geo618">Hyde Park</rs>

the Parish aforesaid within the Liberty and County aforesaid, to bath himself; It so<lb></lb>
happened that Accidentally Casually and by Misfortune he the said James Longmire<lb></lb>
was in the Waters of the said River then and there Suffocated and Drowned, of which said<lb></lb>
Suffocation and Drowning he the said James Longmire then and there instantly Died.<lb></lb>
And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid, do say, that the said James<lb></lb>
Longmire in Manner and by the Means aforesaid Accidentally Casually and by<lb></lb>
Misfortune came to his Death, and not otherwise. In Witness whereof as well<lb></lb>
