in his Oath saith, That on Thursday Night last<lb></lb>
about Eleven o'Clock Deponent being in his own House heard the<lb></lb>
Voice of one Person or two in the Street, and a Noise against<lb></lb>
the Street Door as if somebody had fallen against it, Says that<lb></lb>
he immediately opened the Street Door, and thereupon the Deced's left side<lb></lb>
came against the Deponent, Deced being then as Deponent<lb></lb>
believes upon his backside but Deced saw no other person<lb></lb>
at the Door, Says that he spoke to the Deced several times<lb></lb>
but Deced was speechless and could make no Answer, Says<lb></lb>
that he saw no Marks of Violence on the Deced, says that he<lb></lb>
was Alive when Deponent first opened the Door, and that<lb></lb>
Deced died in about half on hour after, Says that he sent by<lb></lb>
the Watchman who came there, and that said Watchman afterwards went to<lb></lb>
the Watchhouse belonging to said Parish and brought the<lb></lb>
Lanthorn bearer there, who fetched two Chairman, who<lb></lb>
carried the Deced away upon their Horse, Says that he<lb></lb>
this day viewed the Deced in the <rs type="placeName" id="WACWIC65204_geo556">Workhouse</rs>
