, a Patient in this Hospital, did Cut his Throat<lb></lb>
here this Morning, and is Just now Dead of the <lb></lb>
Wound.</p>
<p n="1107">The best Account that can be given at present<lb></lb>
for his doing this Act, is, That he despaired of <lb></lb>
being Cured of his Disease (for which he had been<lb></lb>
in the Lock Hospital before he came here) and have<lb></lb>
been in expectation of a Place, which it is said<lb></lb>
had been promised to be given to him, he was,<lb></lb>

acquainted, that he must lay aside all<lb></lb>
thoughts of it, for it could not be procured for<lb></lb>
him; and this, it is thought was what determined<lb></lb>
him to put a Speedy End to his Life.</p>
