near Chelsea WaterWorks did Whip the Shaft Horse harnessed to the<lb></lb>
said Dray, by means whereof the said Shaft Horse immediately sprung forward, and the Tug Pins which were to secure and confine the said<lb></lb>
Shaft Horse within the Shafts of the said Dray, being then unfortunately dropt out of their Places: It so happened that upon such Springing<lb></lb>
forward of the said Shaft Horse, the Shafts of the said Dray did then and there violently fall to the Ground, and the said <rs type="persName" id="WACWIC65202_n272-19">Thomas Arnold</rs>
