said Liberty, duly chosen, and who being then and there duly Sworn and charged to inquire for our<lb></lb>
said Lord the King, when how and by what means the said Male Infant Child came to his Death<lb></lb>
Do Upon their Oath say, That a certain Woman unknown did lately bring forth the said Male Child alive,<lb></lb>
And that the said Woman unknown or some other Person or Persons to the said Jurors unknown on the tenth day<lb></lb>
of April in the Year aforesaid with Force and Arms at the Parish aforesaid in the Liberty and County aforesaid<lb></lb>
feloniously wilfully and of malice fore thought did convey put and leave the said new born Male Child, then being<lb></lb>
alive, in the publick Street and Kings Highway there called the <rs type="placeName" id="WACWIC65202_geo230">Hay Market</rs>

, By reason whereof the said Male Chold<lb></lb>
then and there in the Publick Street and Highway aforesaid, for want of due Care and other necessaries requisite for<lb></lb>
a New born Child, did Perish and Dye; And that the Mother of the said Child unknown or the said other Person or Person<lb></lb>
unknown, in manner and form aforesaid, feloniously wilfully and of Malice fore thought did Kill and<lb></lb>
Murder the said Male Child, against the Peace of our said Lord the King his Crown and Dignity.<lb></lb>
