Mr. Johnson took hold of deced by the Collar and threw him upon a Bench by which means deceds Head was struck agt a moulding and<lb></lb>

prevent Mischief, Mr. Johnson kept the deced Prisoner<lb></lb>
till Mr. Batchellor the Serjeant of he Regiment to<lb></lb>
which deced belonged came in; which was about an<lb></lb>
hour says that when the Serjeant came in Mrs. Johnson<lb></lb>
acquainted him with deceds Behaviour, and desired<lb></lb>
that deced might be changed. which was accordingly<lb></lb>

attempted to draw his Bayonet, and threatened to run<lb></lb>
Johnson through the Body, says he spoke to Houlliere<lb></lb>
to secure the Bayonet to prevent Mischief that Houlliere<lb></lb>
went up to deced and the Bayonet was taken away. from<lb></lb>
the deced says that an Officer being sent for the deced</p>

but of no Blows or Bruises says she left the deced<lb></lb>
between eight and nine in the Evening of that day and<lb></lb>
then he was left to the Care of a night Nurse. says<lb></lb>
the next Morning between Seven and eight she<lb></lb>
came again upon her Duty and attended the deced<lb></lb>
to his Death which happened in the forenoon of that<lb></lb>
day says the deced was sensible during her Attendance<lb></lb>
and never made any Complaint of any Ill treatment<lb></lb>
from any Body. says the deced informed Deponent<lb></lb>
that he had been afflicted with a purging for a<lb></lb>
Week and that if it stop he believed it would be<lb></lb>
the death of him. says She helped to lay the deced<lb></lb>

he thought necessary. says he saw the deced the next<lb></lb>
Morning a little before he dyed, when he was sensible<lb></lb>
but charged no body in his Hearing, with any Ill treatment<lb></lb>
says that the persons who brought the deced into the Hospital<lb></lb>
near mentioned that the deced. <lb></lb>
had reced any Bruises.</p>
