of February in the Year aforesaid being on a Ladder which was fixed to the Side of a Ship
called The Anuity's Desire then by

Parish of Saint John Wapping
in the County aforesaid It so happened That he the said

then and there accidentally casually and by Misfortune fell from
the said Ladder into The River aforesaid And was in the Waters thereof then and there suffocated
and drowned, Of which said Suffocation and Drowning he the said Francis Waterhouse then
and there died And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid Do say That the
