in the Parish and County aforesaid And having<lb></lb>
with divers other Prisoners in an unlawfull riotous and tumultuous Manner assembled<lb></lb>
themselves together and Attempted to break out of and escape from the<lb></lb>
said Prison And having also in such their Attempt unlawfully and<lb></lb>
with Force and Arms assaulted certain Persons to the Jurors aforesaid<lb></lb>
unknown who were then and there stationed to keep the said Prison and to<lb></lb>
prevent the Prisoners therein confined from Breaking out and escaping<lb></lb>
therefrom They the said Persons so as aforesaid unknown in their<lb></lb>
own Defence And in<gap reason="illegible"></gap>
Order to prevent the said Prisoners from<lb></lb>
Making their Escape as aforesaid certain Guns loaded with Gun powder<lb></lb>
and Leaden Bullets which they then and there had and held in their Hands<lb></lb>
to and amongst the said Prisoners did then and there short off and discharge<lb></lb>
By Means whereof he the said <rs type="persName" id="LMCOIC65101_n73-18">William Bell</rs>
