about a Month that he was also a Prisoner for Debt. in the said Prison<lb></lb>
that he was an aged Man between sixty and seventy years of age-<lb></lb>
Depment saw the deced in the Coffee Room of the Prison Tuesday afternoon<lb></lb>
last that he appeared very unwell and seemed very sleepy-that<lb></lb>
about ten OClock same Night Dept. & the deced left the Coffee Room<lb></lb>
together in order to go to Bed<del>Dept</del>
that when they got to the deceds<lb></lb>
Room the deced unlocked his Room Door & went in to the Room and Dept.<lb></lb>
lighted his Candle for him Depment then asked the<lb></lb>
deced as he appeared an well<gap reason="illegible"></gap>
if Dept.<lb></lb>
could do any thing more for him he sayed No but asked Dept. he<lb></lb>
when he got up next Morning to get him some Tea-Dept. then<lb></lb>
bid the deced good Night & left him-Dept. heard the deced look<lb></lb>
his Room Door that Yesterday Morning<del>about</del>
between eight<lb></lb>
& nine Dept. went and knocked as the deceds Room Door but he<lb></lb>
made no answer Dept. went three or four times after and knocked<lb></lb>
as the Door but<del>means</del>
received no answer Dept. then went<lb></lb>
away and on his return again about ½ past ten found the<lb></lb>
deceds Room Door open and Mr. Horkins the Turnkey of the Prison<lb></lb>
& another person in the Room that the deced was dead in the Bed<lb></lb>
had all his Cloaths off-Dept. apprehends the deced died in a<lb></lb>

because on Monday last the deced was taken with a<lb></lb>
Sneezing fit and blood came from his Nose.</p>
