Son to the deced maketh Oath that between the hours of eight<lb></lb>
and nine in the Morning of Tuesday last Dept. Sister came<lb></lb>
into the shop where Dept. then was and sayed her That he<lb></lb>
was Vomiting she believed Dept. desired<del>her</del>
a Mrs. Naylor to go up and<lb></lb>
attend upon his Fatherthat she went up Stairs for that<lb></lb>
purpose and soon<gap reason="illegible"></gap>
after called to Dept. Dept. immediately<lb></lb>
went up Stairs to a two pair of Stairs Back Room and<lb></lb>
finding the Door<del>open</del>
fastened which was very unusual<lb></lb>
Dept. burt the Door open and on going into the Room he found<lb></lb>
the deced standing up at the foot of the Bedsteadthat there<lb></lb>
appeared to be a great quantity of blood about the floor of<lb></lb>
the Room and the Blood appeared to flow very fast from<lb></lb>
as Dept. then thought the deceds MouthDept. caught him<lb></lb>
in his Arms and placed him on the BedDept. then saw a Razor very bloody lying on a Table behind the deced.that the deced<lb></lb>
struggled very much while in Dept. Armsbut that he<lb></lb>
appeared sensibleDept. immediately went for a <rs type="occupation" id="LMCLIC65005_occ6">Surgeon</rs>

that a Surgeon soon after camethat in a little time after<lb></lb>
Dept. went up stairs and saw the deced sitting in a Chair<lb></lb>

about two Months ago in consequence of some disagreement<lb></lb>
Depts. Father and Mother agreed to seperate that a Deed of<lb></lb>
