last Saturday morning the deced did not come down stairs so<gap reason="illegible"></gap>

as he usually did wherefore Dept who lodged in the deceds house went<lb></lb>
up to his bed room and knocked at the door several times but the nobody<lb></lb>
answered That Dept commuicated this circumstances to the deced's son<lb></lb>
and a afterwards with a Laddes went up to the Window Draw the deced<lb></lb>
Langing by a rope to the vector of the bed. Dept. says the dead had been in<lb></lb>
a very low despends state for more than four months past</p>
