maketh oath that last Friday afternoon the deced.<lb></lb>
came into Dept. house to be out of the way of the Carriages that were<lb></lb>
passing a great many known than usual going that was a account of<lb></lb>
their he pass up Fish Street shall being stopped-That sles sayed<lb></lb>
talking with Dept. wife some time that presently after she<lb></lb>
went not Dept heard the deced scream upon which he ran out of his<lb></lb>
house and saw the deced. lying upon her back a the foot pavement<lb></lb>
Dept. lifted her up & took her into his shop. says one of her Arms<lb></lb>
appeared to have been much hurt.</p>

Pascalls the last Witnesses when the deced. went out from thence<lb></lb>
says directly after she went out Dept he and her scream upon which<lb></lb>

drove the Cart that had hurt the deced and desired him to so back<lb></lb>
but he refused. Dept afterwards went to him again & with same<lb></lb>
difficulty not him by a back to the deced.</p>
