to see some Vessels start that were going on<lb></lb>
a Sailing match, and the hook giving was he fell over board into the<lb></lb>
Water says he fell in entirely by accident, & to Dept. knowledge<lb></lb>
he was not seen afterwards, says the dead was dressed after and all<lb></lb>
necessary & proper means were used to find the body of the deced but<lb></lb>
to no purpose he was not found.</p>
