delivered in<lb></lb>
a further proposal concerning that part of the Estate<lb></lb>
in Holborn Leased to the late Mr. Coy which was<lb></lb>
read and was as follows for the Trustees to dispense<lb></lb>
with the Covenants of the Old Leases for rebuilding<lb></lb>
and to grant him fresh Leases for repairing said<lb></lb>
Estate during the Term of the Old Leases in<lb></lb>
Consideration of which Mr. Hurlbatt offers by his<lb></lb>
said Proposal to pay to the Parish the sum of<lb></lb>
£300 which the Trustees and Churchwardens<lb></lb>
thought inadequate for dispensing with the Covenants<lb></lb>
of the Old Leases and Resolved that £400 should<lb></lb>
be the lowest Sum to be taken for that purpose and<lb></lb>
if that should be refused Mr. Hurlbatt to abide by the<lb></lb>
Covenants of the Old Leases Whereupon Mr. Hurlbatt<lb></lb>
was called in and acquainted therewith and agreed to<lb></lb>
comply with the resolution of the Trustees (Vizt) that<lb></lb>
he will pay £400 to the Parish and immediately surrendr.<lb></lb>
tha Old Leases and take repairing Leases for the remr.<lb></lb>
of the term of the Old ones and signed a Memorandum of<lb></lb>
Agreement for that purpose</p>
