and upon the Church for Publick Inspection An Account of<lb></lb>
every Penalty imposed upon any Contractor by the Act of<lb></lb>
Parliament And also of all Penalties contained in every<lb></lb>
Contract for Nonperformance thereof and the made prescribed<lb></lb>
for Recovery or Levying thereof, and also the times when<lb></lb>
the respective Streets Lanes and other Passages and places<lb></lb>
are to be Cleansed and the Lamps Lighted and cleaned<lb></lb>
Also an Account of the Penaltys contained in the Act of<lb></lb>
Parliament heretofore Published by the Committee</p>
<p n="23">Ordered that the Clerk Advertize for Proposals<lb></lb>
in order to Contract for the Scavengers work, Lighting Lamps<lb></lb>
and repairs of the Foot and Carriage ways within this<lb></lb>
Committees Jurisdiction for One Two or three Years (at the<lb></lb>
Option of this Committee) from Michaelmas next the<lb></lb>
Proposals to be delivered in the 20th: day of April next<lb></lb>
at Five in the afternoon.</p>
