having Considered thereof are of Opinion that the same<lb></lb>
does not at present come within the Jurisdiction of this<lb></lb>

Opinion of this Committee that the Paveing of Portugal Street<lb></lb>
be postponed and that the Clerk apply to the Commissioners<lb></lb>
for their Opinion thereon</p>
<p n="253">A Question being put whether any other Person than Mr.<lb></lb>
Bannister shall in future give Orders to the several Tradesmen<lb></lb>
for the doing business It was unanimously Ordered that no other<lb></lb>
Person that Mr. Bannister shall give such Order</p>
