Shelves and such little Conveniencis in the Cellar & Closetts as will be<lb></lb>
Wanted And has agree on the behalf & by the Consent of the Company in Case<lb></lb>
the sd. Mrs. Bull shall Put up a Marble Chimney peice she shall be at<lb></lb>
liberty to take down the same puting up the Stone one again.</p>

Ordered that the Clerk of the Company do Write to the person who has Erected<lb></lb>
a shed or building agt- part of Mr. Fordhams premises now in the Occupacon of<lb></lb>

Person does not pull down the present Building & offers to<gap reason="illegible"></gap>
carryon any more<lb></lb>
buildings the Company is determined to take such Method at the Law divots<lb></lb>

oblige him to pull down the same</p>

Mr. Everett now appeared & denied the Company to quitt him of his Lease & Rent<lb></lb>
he having mett with Misfortunes upon his Delivering up all the Tax Bills<lb></lb>
he now produced which amounted to 3:16:6 Thereupon & on debate of<lb></lb>
the matter & the Company Considering his Misfortunes be having been a<lb></lb>
very good Tenant Do Order that he may imediately surrender up his<lb></lb>
Lease & the Clerk shall deliver up his Counterpart to him And as to the<lb></lb>
Arrears of Rent being three Quarters due at Christmas last being £18. including<lb></lb>
taxes this Court do now in Case the sd. Mr. Everatt shall leave on the<lb></lb>
premisses all the Buildings Wainscoating & additions & the Leaden Cistom<lb></lb>
which he bought &<gap reason="illegible"></gap>
is placed on the Kitchen Wall the Company in such<lb></lb>
Case do forgive him all Arrears of Rent</p>
