To paint whitewash, and mend the pavemt. from the end of the Hall<lb></lb>
passage to the Outer Gate, the Same being much damaged by reason<lb></lb>
of the sd. Work.</p>

To make up the Garden in such order as shall be most agreable to your<lb></lb>
selves it having suffered much as aforesd.</p>

I hope and depend on your Honour to compleat your own Building by<lb></lb>
paying Mr. Oliver for these small but highly needfull Additions<lb></lb>
charged to me in the sd. Works contracted for, in but few words, but<lb></lb>
had the Assurance in full Court and otherwise, that you would<lb></lb>
compleat it handsomly and not stand for small additions & alterations.</p>

That as the Buildings to my great damage required much more<lb></lb>
time then was expected, and but very lately finished I conceive by<lb></lb>
all just Rule & Custom no Rent can comence for a Building or<lb></lb>
Prmisses. before it was finished which I depend you will order<lb></lb>
accordingly.</p>
<p n="106">And as I have & shall compleat your Court Room & Passages in an<lb></lb>
handsom & costly Order, & wainscott five or six Rooms in other parts<lb></lb>
of the building at my own expence, since ye. sd. Contract. I make no<lb></lb>
Question of your determining the foregoing points to your own & my<lb></lb>
Satisfaction. And hope you will this Court putt a Period to this Affair<lb></lb>
