<p n="1243">That a Setter addressed to the Committee was read from<lb></lb>
Mr. <rs type="persName" id="BBBRMG20210_n1243-1">Richard Woodhouse</rs>

<interp inst="BBBRMG20210_n1243-1" type="surname" value="Woodhouse"></interp>

Apologizing for his non attendance<lb></lb>
and requesting that his Son might be permitted to attend<lb></lb>
for him to which the Committee had agreed.</p>
<p n="1244">That upon the application of Mr. Boulton for seperate<lb></lb>
Leases to be granted of the 5 Houses in St. Martins Lane<lb></lb>
at ground Rents amounting to £82. Pr Annum And also<lb></lb>
for extending the Term of the Building Lease for the Stable<lb></lb>
from 31 to 61 years at £104 pr. Annum.</p>
<p n="1245">The Committee had resolved that his application could not<lb></lb>
consistent with the Interest and the Rules of the Hospital<lb></lb>
be complied with.</p>
<p n="1246">And has ordered that a Lease of a Farm at <rs type="placeName" id="BBBRMG20210_geo99">Wainfleet</rs>

promised to her late Husband.</p>
<p n="1247">That the Treasurer had proposed to the Committee that<lb></lb>
the Printing for this Hospital should be done at the<lb></lb>
Philanthropic Reform which proposition the Committee<lb></lb>
had approved.</p>
<p n="1248">That the Treasurer had appointed Mr. <rs type="persName" id="BBBRMG20210_n1248-1">Lewis Peacock</rs>

the Committee had approved the appointment.</p>
<p n="1249">And it appearing to the Committee that a claim of<lb></lb>
£15. 2. had been made on and paid by the Tenant of the<lb></lb>
Farm in Oxfordshire by the Under Sheriff for Issues<lb></lb>
which the Committee were inclined to think ought to<lb></lb>
have been borne by the Parish or hundred at large.</p>
