<p n="1039">Resolved to recommend to the General Court that she be<lb></lb>
permitted to reside in a room new vacant over the Tack masters a<lb></lb>
apartments and that the Steward be at Liberty to advance her to<lb></lb>
the amount of £5 Pr. Quarter during the pleasure of the Court</p>

That the Committee being informed that there was a claim made<lb></lb>
of an arrear of £114.5.9 for fee Farm Rents. Had ordered the<lb></lb>
Steward to examine the Books respecting this business</p>
<p n="1041">That an inconvenience having arisen from the made of<lb></lb>
Electing Committees prescribed by the 4th: Standing Rule and<lb></lb>
order</p>
<p n="1042">Resolved that the following alteration be recommended to<lb></lb>
the General Court.</p>
<p n="1043">That after the words upon the Committees or not in the 12th.<lb></lb>
line P. 8 the rest of the Rule be omitted and instead thereof<lb></lb>
the following words be inserted and conclude the same "And that<lb></lb>
in case of their refusals so to do or of their not answering such<lb></lb>
"Letters other Governors be named in their place first out of<lb></lb>
"those present in Court on the day of Election of the Committees<lb></lb>
"and afterwards out of such as are absent and that the Committee<lb></lb>
"be then formed accordingly."</p>
<p n="1044">That a doubt having arisen respecting the meaning of the<lb></lb>
38th.. Standing Rule and order relative to Contracts and it appearing<lb></lb>
to the Committee that it was the intention of the Court that no<lb></lb>
work or Repairs were to be done or provisions Goods or materials<lb></lb>
furnished to the Hospital exceeding a limitted expence best under</p>
