Chamberlain's Office and left a Lease approved and Examined

and afterwards subscribed as aforesaid from each of the said

Hospitals with the usual Dockett for each of such Leases in

such Office and they severally Attended a Court of Common

Council held at Guild hall London on or about the 20th. day of

May last when such last mentioned Leases and Docketts

were Produced and they being called into that Court severally

requested to have the said Seal affixed to such Leases as

thentofore used and Accustomed to be done when (after being

interrogated by some of the Common Council touching such

Leases) they were directed to withdraw and a Motion being

lb

thereupon made for Affixing the aforesaid Seal to such Leases

the same was superceded by the Previous Question being put
<

and carried against putting the former Question and they soon
<
lb

lb
>
after called into the same Court the Recorder declared to them

lb
>
that by the direction of the Lord Mayor He was to inform them

That that Court had referred it to a Committee to Consider of

Sealing the Hospital Leases and that they should have Notice

when they met to Attend them or to that Effect but they have

not received any Notice of such Committee meeting to Attend

them touching the Sealing such Leases or otherwise relating thereto

although more than a Year and an half hath clapsed since the

and above Six Months have clapsed since the Application
