<p n="3758">Accounts</p>
<p n="3759">That a full and Particular Statement of each Years<lb></lb>
Accounts (in which all Outstanding Arrears to be Noticed) be Prepared<lb></lb>
and Printed under the Direction of the Committee of Auditors<lb></lb>
and a Copy sent to each Governor on or before the day of the<lb></lb>
Annual Dinner given by the Stewards.</p>
<p n="3760">Officers and Servants</p>
<p n="3761">That upon a Vacancy of any Officer, Servant or Arts Master<lb></lb>
before the same be filled up it be referred to the House Committee<lb></lb>
and Bethlem Committee respectively to consider what are or ought to be the<lb></lb>
Duty, Salary and Perquisites of such Officer Servant or Arts Master<lb></lb>
and to draw up in Writing and Report the same to the General Court</p>
<p n="3762">That no Officer of these Hospitals (except the President) be a<lb></lb>
Member of the Committee of Auditors.</p>
<p n="3763">That any Officer or Servant giving or receiving any Fee, Christmas<lb></lb>
Box or other Perquisite, to or from any Tradesmen who serves either<lb></lb>
of these Hospitals be discharged forth with and be incapable for the<lb></lb>
future of serving these Hospitals.</p>
<p n="3764">That all Orders relating to the Servants of each Hospital be<lb></lb>
Printed and placed in conspicuous Parts of the Hospitals, under the<lb></lb>
Direction of the treasurer House Committee and Bethlem Committee respectively</p>
<p n="3765">That each Officer and Servant when Elected have his Duty read<lb></lb>
to him and a Copy thereof given to him in Print or Writing</p>
<p n="3766">That no Officer shall be Surety for another</p>
<p n="3767">And with regard to the Salaries and Perquisites they propose<lb></lb>
the following Alterations as more certain and less liable to Impositions</p>
<p n="3768">President</p>
<p n="3769">That the President for the time being have Liberty to Appoint two<lb></lb>
governors Annually</p>
<p n="3770">That when any Person is Proposed by the President or any other<lb></lb>
Governor to be Elected a Governor of these Hospitals such Election<lb></lb>
shall be determined by a Majority of Votes at the next General Court<lb></lb>
Notice of such Intended Election to be Inserted in the Summons's</p>
<p n="3771">That upon the Vacancy of a treasurer Auditor General Preacher<lb></lb>
Reader Physician Surgeon Apothecary Clerk Steward Receiver Surveyor or<lb></lb>
Matron the President do within a Fortnight call a General Court to</p>
