aforesaid being one of the three Peices of ground in the said Last Lease<lb></lb>
Granted to him To hold from Michas 1683 for 80 Years under the like<lb></lb>
Covenants as to Repairs Etc on are Mentioned in the aforesaid Lease<lb></lb>
of the 5th. of May 1676.-</p>
<p n="2882">That Several of the aforesaid Messuages are worn out gone to decay<lb></lb>
and want to be New built and others to be repair'd.</p>
<p n="2883">That 8 Houses being built upon the said last mentioned Premisses<lb></lb>
the said Sir Gregory Page let the same on Lease to Captain Blakeway &<lb></lb>
Which said Houses were all afterwards burnt down and remain yet unrebuilt<lb></lb>
And the said Blakeway died Insolvent And Your Petitioner Proposes<lb></lb>
to rebuild the same.</p>
<p n="2884">Wherefore in regard that Your Petitioner hath been at great<lb></lb>
Expences in and about the building and repairs aforesaid and Proposes to<lb></lb>
lay out and Expend the Sum of £4700. in Naw building 18 Houses &<lb></lb>
repairing 23. other Houses and Tenements within 3 Years from the<lb></lb>
Expiration of the Present Leases and to Advance the Ground rent<lb></lb>
for the whole from £ 28..10..0 to £ 46..0..0 a Year And praying<lb></lb>
