out £2000 in building a Capital house with Coach house and Stables<lb></lb>
That He did Accordingly lay out much more than the sd. Sum<lb></lb>
in building the said House a Coach=house and Stables, But before<obscured></obscured>
<lb></lb>
the sd. Lease was made he dyed having made his will (whereby among<lb></lb>
other things) He gave the sd. House and buildings to the PetrThat the<lb></lb>
Petr. has proved the said will in Comonform in the Prerogative Court<lb></lb>
of CanterburyAnd Praying that the said Lease may be made to<lb></lb>
her & her assigns for the Remr. of the Term now to come she being ready<lb></lb>
to Seal a Counter part of the said Lease And to pay the said Fine<lb></lb>
This Court doth Order that the sd. Lease be made to the said<lb></lb>
Petitioner as prayed.</p>
