Setting forthThat the<lb></lb>
Petitioner holds under a Lease (No.3.4) form the Govrs. 2 houses<lb></lb>
now made into one on the East side of the Great Gate of this<lb></lb>
Hospital at the rent of £13 a Year wch will Expire at Xmas next</p>
<p n="1316">That the Petitioner is willing to take a New lease with<lb></lb>
Usual Covenants from the Expiration of the Lease in being for<lb></lb>
11 years at £10 P Ann rent clear of Taxes and to lay out £80<lb></lb>
in Necessary repairs & to Execute a Counter part of such Lease<lb></lb>
with a Covenant that he or the Tenant or Occupyer of the premes<lb></lb>
from time to time will Serve the Office of Chappel warden of<lb></lb>
the sd. Precinct when Elected thereto in the Usual manner & will<lb></lb>
pay to the Chappel wardens or Overseers of the Poor of the sd<lb></lb>
Hospl. & Precinct for the time being all such Sums of Money<lb></lb>
as at the Usual Meetings comonly called Vestry Meeting of<lb></lb>
sd. Chapplewardens & Inhabitants of sd. Hospital & Precinct<lb></lb>
shall from time to time be rated or Assesed upon the Occupyer<lb></lb>
of the sd. Premes in Equal Proportions with the rest of the Tents.<lb></lb>
or Occupyers of Meses of Tenemts in the sd. Precinct towards<lb></lb>
the Charge of the Scavenger Watch & poor of the Precinct<lb></lb>
And with a Proviss that if the Govrs. shou'd think fit at any time<lb></lb>
during the sd. Term to pull down the sd premes Then on paying<lb></lb>
the Petr. the Workmens bills to be produced for the Repairs &<lb></lb>
giving him half a Years Warning he will Surrender up the Lease<lb></lb>
to be CancelledAccd praying the Govrs. will be pleased to<lb></lb>
grant him a Lease Accordingly. This Court doth Order<lb></lb>
the sd. petition to lay on the Table.</p>
