an Additional Term of years in the said Premes to commence from the<lb></lb>
Expiration of the former Lease or to give him such other relief as to them should<lb></lb>
Seem meetIt is Ordered that it be referred to the Committee of this<lb></lb>
House to consider of the said Petition and to report their Opinion therein to the Court.</p>

propose to surrender up their said Lease & the Term therein yet to come and to<lb></lb>
take a New Lease from Michas next of both the Houses mentioned in both<lb></lb>
the above Leases for 31 years at the old Rent and to pay a Fine of £70. and<lb></lb>
to repair the premes at their own ChargeAnd praying the Govrs. would<lb></lb>
grant to them or one of them a New Lease thereof according to their sd. proposals<lb></lb>
