late in the occupation of Pether being<lb></lb>
part of the Revenues of the said Hospitaland proposes to take a Lease thereof for<lb></lb>
the Term of 61 years to commence from Ladyday next at the Rent of Fifteen pounds<lb></lb>
P Ann payable Quarterly clear of all Taxes and to lay out £110 in rebuilding the<lb></lb>
premes and with such Covenants as are usualy contained in the Leases from the said<lb></lb>
Governors to their Tenants at Bridewell and with a Covenant to pay to the<lb></lb>
Chappel Wardens of the said Precinct for the time being any Sum or Sums of money<lb></lb>
quarterly in proportion with other Inhabitants in the said Precinct towards the charge<lb></lb>
of the Scavenger Watch and Poor of the said Precinct as shall be rated or assessed<lb></lb>
from time to time at the usual Meetings of the Chappell Wardens and Inhabitants<lb></lb>
of the said Precinct, and to pay a Fine of £50. and execute a Counterpart of the said<lb></lb>
LeaseAnd praying a Lease thereof according to his said proposalsIt is<lb></lb>
Ordered that it be referred to the Committee of this House to consider of the said<lb></lb>

Rebuilding the premisses and to pay a Fine of £120. and with such Covenants as<lb></lb>
are usually contained in the Hospital Leases and with a Covenant to pay the<lb></lb>
Chappell Wardens of the said precinct for the time being any Sum or Sums of money<lb></lb>
quarterly in proportion with other Occupiers of ground and Houses in the said Precinct<lb></lb>
towards the charge of the Scavenger Watch and Poor of the said Precinct as shall be<lb></lb>
rated or assessed from time to time at the usual Meetings of the Chappell Wardens &<lb></lb>

which will expire at Xmas 1738That they are possessed of other ground at<lb></lb>
Wapping part of the Revenues of this Hospital for a Term of 56 years yet to came, and being<lb></lb>
desirous of enlarging their Term in the premisses that their Term in all the before mentioned<lb></lb>
Ground may expire at one & the same timeThat they propose to take a Lease of the said<lb></lb>
peice of Ground in Cinnamon Lane for 56 years to commence from Laddy neat at the<lb></lb>
Rent of £8. payable Quarterly clear of all Taxes and with such Covenants as are usually<lb></lb>
contained in the Hospital Leases to their Tenants at Wapping and with a Covenant to<lb></lb>
lay out £150 in three years time in repairing the Warehouse Sheds and Wharfe to<lb></lb>
the Scwer and to pay a Fine of £40. and execute a Counterpart of the said Lease<lb></lb>
and to Surrender up the former LeaseAnd praying a Lease thereof according to<lb></lb>
their said proposalIt is Ordered that it be referred to the Comee of this House<lb></lb>
