usual Covenants with a Covenant to be added that he will not set up or use any<lb></lb>
Engine Looms in this Hospital and that the Journeyman which he shall employ<lb></lb>
in his said Trade shall be such as have served their Apprenticeship in this Hospital<lb></lb>
And it is further Ordered that he have such Apparment as the Comittee of<lb></lb>
this House shall direct.</p>
