quarterly and to comence from next Michalemas day the Rent to be paid clear<lb></lb>
of all Parliamentary and other Taxes and the Lease to contain such Covenants as<lb></lb>
are usual in the Hospital Leases to their Tenants The Comittee are of opinion<lb></lb>
to accept the said proposal But if the necessary House has damagd the Party Wall<lb></lb>
it is to be made good at the charge of the Hospital upon which Mr. Skynner<lb></lb>
gave five Shillings and six pence to the Poors Box All which nevertheless is<lb></lb>
Submitted to the Judgment of the Court And it is Ordered that this Opinion be<lb></lb>
reported to the next CourtThis Court doth Confirm the said Report<lb></lb>
and Order that a Lease be made to the said Mr. Skynner accordingly.</p>

years to comence from the expiration of the said former Leases which will be<lb></lb>
at Xmas 1732 at the Rent of £13. P Ann clear of Taxes and to pay a Fine of<lb></lb>
£70.That the said Mrs. Gething paid the said £70. into the hands of<lb></lb>
Mr. Treasurer & some short time after dyd before the said Leases were executed<lb></lb>
having made her Will and thereof appointed the Petitioner Executor In Trust<lb></lb>
to call & dispose of all her Goods & Chattles or such as he shall think fit and apply the<lb></lb>
money in the best manner he can for the equal benefit of two of the Grand children of the<lb></lb>
said Mrs. Gething mentioned in the said Will& praying that the said Lease may<lb></lb>
be granted to the Petitioner In Trust for the uses mentioned in the Will of the said,<lb></lb>
Mrs. GethingIt is Ordered that the Lease be made to the Petr. accordingly.</p>
