<p n="2154">Testater and Sole Execution of his said Will was at a Loss have<lb></lb>
to Art and therefore had desired that the matter Might be laid<lb></lb>
before the Court for their Consideration and Mr Treasurer<lb></lb>
haveing a Copy of the said Will the Severally Clauses relating<lb></lb>
to the Said bequest were read at followeth viztItem<lb></lb>
Whereas I am possessed of and interested in the Same of Six<lb></lb>
thousand pounds Stock comonly called Orphans Stock in the<lb></lb>
Chamber of London I give devise and dispose thereof in manner<lb></lb>
following that is to Say I give and devise the Interest benefitt<lb></lb>
annual proceed of Two thousand pounds part of the said Stock<lb></lb>
into my dear and Loveing wife for the Terme of her natural life the<lb></lb>
Same to be paid unto her and her Receipt alone to be a Sufficient<lb></lb>
discharge for the same from time to time notwithstanding her <obscured></obscured>
<lb></lb>
and as well during her Coverture as being Sole and to as that not any<lb></lb>
husband She may hereafter fortune to marry may intermeddle<lb></lb>
therewith or have any disposeing power thereof and from and after<lb></lb>
the decease of my said wife I give and divise the Interest benefitt<lb></lb>
and Annual proceed of the said Two thousand pounds unto my said<lb></lb>
