on behalfe of themselves and the rest of the Inhabitants of<lb></lb>
the precinct of this Hospital Setting Forth That they presented<lb></lb>
a Petition to this Court the 7th. day of Octor. Last to which they referr<lb></lb>
and upon which no Order was made by reason the Petrs. not knowing<lb></lb>
of the Court did not attend it That there is a Laystall in three Severall<lb></lb>
places on the Ditch side faceing ye Petrs. houses and from thence Dung<lb></lb>
is dayly thrown into Barges and thereby great quantities fall besides<lb></lb>
into the Ditch insomuch that the water which ye Petr. Cordwell does<lb></lb>
pump for the use of his family Leaves Such a Fulsome Smell and<lb></lb>
Tast of Dung that the very meat dressed therewith becomes Loathsome<lb></lb>
and not Eatableand there is Seldom a week passes but great<lb></lb>
Quantitys of Lime and Soap Ashes are there Loaded which makes the<lb></lb>
Petrs. habitatcons very impleasant by dusting their Bedds Cloths, &<lb></lb>
Pewter and Sometimes almost blinds them and their Customers<lb></lb>
That the Dung Barges constantly lyeing at the End of the said<lb></lb>
Ditch presents the free passage of the Lighters and Berges that attend<lb></lb>
the wharfes belonging to ye Petrs. (who Sell Coles faggotts and Timber)<lb></lb>
to their very great damageAnd part of the Kings Highway Leading<lb></lb>
down to <rs type="placeName" id="BBBRMG20204_geo1137">Black Fryars Staires</rs>

Lay stalls who Seem to be the persons whose right is invaded and<lb></lb>
who therefore ought to take care to remedy the Greivances Complained of</p>
