Upon Reading to this Court a Reporte of a Comittee hereto son<lb></lb>
named to Inquire and consider of the prices and usefullnesse of Engine<lb></lb>
for quenching of fire for the use of Bethlem Hospll That they have<lb></lb>
considered the same and are of opinion itt will be expedient to have Tur<lb></lb>
One of the larger and one of the Smaller sort and giving an account alsoe<lb></lb>
of the Prices and what they think best for the Service of the said Hospll.<lb></lb>

of this Hospll and since made a Freeman of this Citty by the<lb></lb>
approbacon of this Court is sett up for himselfe in his said Trade and<lb></lb>
hath Two Loomes of his own and a piece of worke in one of them and<lb></lb>
that he has the repute of a Sober and industrious young man among<lb></lb>
his neigbours and that they doe believe him worthy of the favour<lb></lb>
of this Court It is Ordered by this Court That Mr. Trear Baker<lb></lb>
doe give and pay unto him Tenn pounds out of the profitts of Mr Locks<lb></lb>
gift the better to enable him to manage his said Trade to be allowed Mr.<lb></lb>
Trear in his next account.</p>

gift has beene sett up in this Trade severall yeares and that by the report<lb></lb>
of severall of his neigbours he is a diligent industrious man and very<lb></lb>
carefull and hopefull in his Trade and of a Sober life and conversacon<lb></lb>
and that they esteeme him well worthy of the favour of this Court<lb></lb>
Itt is Ordered by this Court That Mr Trear Baker doe give and pay<lb></lb>
unto him Five pounds more of Mr Locks Gift the better to enable<lb></lb>
him to cary on his said Trade to be allowed Mr Trear in his next<lb></lb>
account.</p>
