Upon reading to this Court in Report of a Comittee<lb></lb>
(to whom it was referred to view Mr. Elwicks houses at<lb></lb>

and to consider of his Peticon) That they doe find<lb></lb>
That the prmisses consist of Four front houses on the South<lb></lb>
Side or wapping Street with Wharfes and back buildings to<lb></lb>
the Thames That the wharfes and back buildings are<lb></lb>
exceedingly<obscured></obscured>
mous and of necessity to be rebuilt prsently<lb></lb>
but that the front houses may Stand divers years And that<lb></lb>
upon Consideracon It is the opinion of the said Committee<lb></lb>
to give Mr. Elwick Encouragmt. to rebuild by making up<lb></lb>
his Lease now in Being (where of there are now One and<lb></lb>
Twenty years to come forty one years from Lady day<lb></lb>
next he being obliged by Covenant and Clause of <rs type="placeName" id="BBBRMG20201_geo1122">Reentry</rs>

Office are at prsent but in considerable by reason of the<lb></lb>
Leases being all or most of them lett out for Long Terms<lb></lb>
This Court considering the prmisses and that the said Clerks<lb></lb>
yearly appointmt. is all things considered the least of any of<lb></lb>
the Officers of the said Hosplls. Doe think fitt and soe Order<lb></lb>
That Mr. Trear doe give and pay unto him £50. as a free<lb></lb>
Gratuity of this Court for the Last yeare ending at Michas<lb></lb>
last Also this Court being moved a taking Notice That all<lb></lb>
or most of the Officers of this Hospll. Except the Clerke<lb></lb>
have a yearly allowance of Coales, are pleased to grant<lb></lb>
and doe hereby Ordr. That the said Clerke Shall have and<lb></lb>
be allowed Six Childrens of Coals Yearly during the pleasure of<gap reason="illegible"></gap>
this Court inclusive of the<lb></lb>
last year for wth. his Gratuity is Given at aforesaid.</p>
