committed to this Hospital to be passed to their Parishes frequently come<lb></lb>
in Ill and full of Vermin and the Committee finding upon enquiry that<lb></lb>
no Blankets or proper Cloathing have been allowed for People of that<lb></lb>
description</p>
<p n="1024">Order thereupon.Ordered that Six Shirts Six Rugs Six Straw Mattrasses and 12<lb></lb>
Blankets be provided for the Pass people on the Men's Side and that<lb></lb>
those who are sick be cleaned as soon as they come into the House and<lb></lb>
seperated from the healthy in the adjoining Room to the Pass Ward</p>
<p n="1025">Porters House.The Committee being informed that the front of the House at present<lb></lb>
occupied by the Porter is to be pulled down</p>
<p n="1026">Ordered that he be permitted to remove into the House adjoining to<lb></lb>
the North side of the Women's Prison and that the Lumber in that house<lb></lb>
be put into the Women's Prison till disposed of</p>
<p n="1027">Surveyor to give<lb></lb>
direction for disposg.<lb></lb>
of Materials & Lumber &c.Ordered that the Surveyor do give directions for disposing of the same<lb></lb>
together with the Old materials, which have been sorted, in any manner<lb></lb>
he shall think most proper and that the Hall Wall be properly repaired<lb></lb>
and made ready for the Workmen to be enabled to form their Estimate<lb></lb>
for contracting for building the Men's Prison and that Advertisements<lb></lb>
be inserted in the papers that the Committee will meet on Wednesday the<lb></lb>
8th of June next to receive proposals for the same./.</p>
