consider the said sum as forfeited, and expect them to pay<lb></lb>
the same to the Steward of this Hospital on or before the 9th.<lb></lb>
day of December next in failure of which the Clerk is direc-<lb></lb>
-ted to proceed against them for performance of their obligation</p>
