<p n="2660">A Motion was made and seconded whether<lb></lb>
the said vacant Ground called London<lb></lb>
Apprentice Yard when put up for letting<lb></lb>
at the intended Auction shall be put in<lb></lb>
by the Auctioner at Twenty five pounds<lb></lb>
per Annum clear rent or at the Sum<lb></lb>
of Twenty pounds per Annum clear<lb></lb>
Rent upon a Building Lease for 99 Years<lb></lb>
from Lady day next and upon the said Questions<lb></lb>
being severally put it was Carried that the same<lb></lb>
be put in at the said Sum of Twenty five pounds<lb></lb>
(numbers Twenty five against Seven)</p>
<p n="2661">At Motion was then made and seconded that<lb></lb>
the person who shall take the said premises at the<lb></lb>
said Intended Auction shall not be obliged to lay<lb></lb>
out and expend any specific Sum of money in<lb></lb>
Building on the said Ground but shall be bound<lb></lb>
to build too at the least but not more than three<lb></lb>
houses on the front of the said Ground according<lb></lb>
to the Second Rate of Buildings and that the<lb></lb>
background shall be coverd with such Buildings<lb></lb>
only as shall be chargeable to Parliamentary and<lb></lb>
Parish Taxes and on the Question being put it<lb></lb>
was voted and ordered accordingly</p>
<p n="2662">A Motion was then made that a Pepper Corn<lb></lb>
Rent only be paid for the said Premises up to<lb></lb>
Michelmas. 1786 by which time the houses in<lb></lb>
front to be coverd in and the Buildings on the back<lb></lb>
Ground to be coverd in within three years from the<lb></lb>
Commencement of the Lease and on the Question<lb></lb>
being put it was voted and orderd accordingly</p>
