Sd Mrs Baker That Such Apartments so rented by<lb></lb>
this Deponents father were in this Deponents Judgment<lb></lb>
Worth to be let for at least Ten Guineas by the year<lb></lb>
unfurnished & that they have been & now are let<lb></lb>
for that Sum unfurnished & were never let for less<lb></lb>
Money as the Sd Mrs Baker has informed this Depont<lb></lb>
& which She believes to be true That the furniture<lb></lb>
which the Sd Mrs Baker provided for her Sd father<lb></lb>
was only a Bed Stead Bed & Curtains but without any<lb></lb>
other furniture thereto; Six Old Chairs a Stove<lb></lb>
looking Glass & Small Old table the use of which<lb></lb>
in this Deponents Judgment were of Very little Value<lb></lb>
That this Deponents Sd father has not Since done<lb></lb>
any Act to gain a settlement elsewhere to her knowledge<lb></lb>
or belief</p>
