382. WILLIAM HARPER proceedingsdefend was indicted for burglariously breaking and entering the dwelling-house of John Robins proceedingsvictim , about the hour of twelve, on the night of the 23d of March , and stealing therein, one hundred and twenty yards of carpetting, value 18 l. his property .

Mr. Gurney, counsel for the prosecution, declining to offer any evidence, the prisoner was

ACQUITTED .
