MOSES DAVIS proceedingsdefend was indicted for feloniously receiving, on the 23d of March , one hundred and twenty yards of carpeting, value 18 l. the property of John Robins proceedingsvictim , feloniously and burglariously stolen by James Petherick < no role > , David Whittaker < no role > , and James Fielder < no role > , he well knowing to have been stolen .

Mr. Gurney, counsel for the prosecutor, declining to offer any evidence, the prisoner was

ACQUITTED .
