263. JOHN ADAMS proceedingsdefend was indicted for that he on the 8th of January , upon Mary Dellar proceedingsvictim , spinster , violently and feloniously did make an assault, and her, the said Mary Dellar < no role > , against her will and consent, did ravish and carnally know .
