175. JAMES CROW proceedingsdefend was indicted for that he on the 25th of November , feloniously and violently upon Mary Frossy, sometimes called Mary Fossit proceedingsvictim , spinster , did make an assault, and her the said Mary Fossit < no role > , did ravish and carnally know .

The prosecutrix being called, and not appearing in court , the prisoner was

ACQUITTED.
