WILLIAM ROBERTS proceedingsdefend was indicted for feloniously making an assault on the King's highway, upon George Gregory proceedingsvictim , the younger, on the 15th of March , putting him in fear, and taking from his person, a silver watch, value 4l. and a steel watch-chain, value 1s. the property of George Gregory proceedingsvictim , the elder.

It appearing that the watch and chain was the property of George Gregory < no role > , the younger, and not of the elder, the prisoner was ACQUITTED .
