174. WILLIAM HARRISON proceedingsdefend was indicted for feloniously stealing, on the 5th of January , four guineas and a thirty-pound banknote, the property of Cuthbert Kitchen proceedingsvictim , in the dwelling-house of William Lonsdale < no role > .

The prosecutor was called, but not appearing, his recognizance was ordered to be estreated.
