265. JAMES BIXBY proceedingsdefend and THOMAS JOYCE proceedingsdefend were indicted for burglariously and feloniously breaking and entering the dwelling house of Thomas Ford proceedingsvictim , about the hour of nine in the night, on the 19th of January last, and burglariously stealing therein, ten yards of blue woollen cloth, value 5 l. ten yards of other cloth, value 5 l. ten yards of raven grey cloth, value 3 l. 10 s. and twenty-six yards of other cloth, value 6 l. 10 s. his property .

There being no evidence but that of an accomplice the Prisoners were BOTH ACQUITTED .

Tried by the second Middlesex Jury before Mr. Justice GOULD.
