last, and burglariously stealing therein, ten yards of blue woollen cloth, value 5 l. ten yards of other cloth, value 5 l. ten yards of raven grey cloth, value 3 l. 10 s. and twenty-six yards of other cloth, value 6 l. 10 s. his property

There being no evidence but that of an accomplice the Prisoners were BOTH
ACQUITTED
