124. The said LEONARD GOODRIDGE proceedingsdefend was again indicted for that he, on the 10th day of February last, at the parish of St. Bennet, Paul's wharf , in the city of London, falsely did utter and publish as true a certain false and forged paper writing, with a seal thereto affixed, purporting to be the will of one Thomas Sawtell < no role > , deceased, and to be executed in his life time as and for his last will and testament, and to be signed with his mark, with intention to defraud one Daniel Slack < no role > , well knowing the said false, forged, and counterfeited will, to be false, forged, and counterfeited .

A second count, with intention to defraud one Edith Spence proceedingsvictim , wife of George Spence < no role > , Esq. and Mary Allen proceedingsvictim .

There being no evidence given on this indictment, he was ACQUITTED .
