164, 165, 166. MARTHA VERNON proceedingsdefend , THOMAS PONGUE proceedingsdefend , and SAMUEL PONGUE proceedingsdefend were indicted, the first for stealing, 14 dozen of watch glasses, value 5 s. the property of George Humphrys proceedingsvictim ; the other two for receiving the above goods, well-knowing them to have been stolen , against the statute, February 1st .

There was no evidence to affect the principal, therefore of course they were all three found

NOT GUILTY .

Tried by the First Middlesex Jury before Mr. Baron PERRYN.
