Upon the 9th of December my box was broke open at my lodgings at the Blue Posts, Bennet-street, St. James's
: I lost a surtout-coat, some shirts, some stockings, and a pair of breeches: about 10 days after the coat was taken upon the prisoner's back.
[The coat was produced in Court, and deposed to by the prosecutor.]
