ANN SMITH proceedingsdefend was indicted for stealing a silver watch, value forty shillings, a steel chain, value six shillings, a brass watch key, value one penny, a stone stock-buckle set in silver, value seven shillings, a muslin stock, value two shillings, a muslin handkerchief, value one shilling, a guinea and seven shillings in money numbered, the property of Thomas Williams proceedingsvictim , in the dwelling-house of Joseph Briggam < no role > , January the 25th .

There was not any evidence to affect the prisoner.

NOT GUILTY .

Tried by the First Middlesex Jury before Mr. Justice WILLES.
