. The prisoner's sister lodges at my house at Knightsbridge; the prisoner came backwards and forwards to my apartment; I missed the things mentioned in the indictment; I took her up, and found them by her information at the pawnbroker's, in her name; she told me where they were, and went with the constable and me. (The things produced and deposed to.)
Eliazer Gibbons. I am a peace officer; I had a warrant from Justice Wright and took the prisoner up; she denied the taking of the things, but when the woman agreed to let her go, she told where the things were.
The prisoner said nothing in her defence but that she was but nineteen years old.
Guilty of stealing to the value of 10 d.
